It also functions as a point and shoot camera with the ability to capture both single and rapid-fire stills at 8 megapixels.

A detachable LCD screen and remote control give you total command over capturing and reviewing your video while the lithium-ion battery provides 2.5 hours with each charge. A USB cable included with the Freestyle HD allows the user to connect the camera to a computer to easily upload, edit and share footage.
