With Thanksgiving over, and the holiday season just around the corner, it is already time for some of us to start thinking about some Holiday gift ideas, and the people over at engadget put together a nice rundown for the holiday shopper.
Just a couple of minutes looking around in an electronics store you will notice that there is a ton of selections for this year. This article will act as a quick reference guide for all of your Holiday shopping needs, and will be organized by the price of the product.
$0 through $49
In this price range you are going to be looking for little gifts and even stocking stuffers. A perfect example of a stocking stuffer would be an iTunes gift card, or something similar to that (like 3 months of Xbox Live). It’s cheap, easy to find, and a perfect stocking stuffer. However, you can one-up that by getting something along the lines of the appBlaster IR gun; a gun where your iPhone can be mounted to add a sense of realism to your shooting app games – found on Amazon for only $27.
$49-$99
In this range you are going to find a surprisingly large amount of stuff most people would expect to pay a lot more for. For example, if you know someone who would want an Xbox 360 Kinect, those typically sell for $99 or less, making it a solid purchase. There is also something called a BookBook iPhone 4 Case, which is a classy way to protect your iPhone, by giving it a vintage look.
$100 and up
Yes, this price range does cover a lot of things, and there is certainly no shortage of cool gadgets that fall into this area. No one is going to deny how popular the tablets have gotten, and you can find all of them in this price range. We recommend the Amazon Kindle Fire, as a great all-around budget tablet that offers most of the things the expensive ones do. You can also expect to find some great video game console bundle deals popping up around this time of the year, so keep a close eye out for anything like that.
